3. Resumes, Licenses, Certifications of all key personnel
4. Sample copy of standard contract forms used with clients, subcontractors and subconsultants;
5. SF 254 or 10 largest projects lists, including those in progress, with a brief project description, services you are providing,
and the total revenue derived from each project.
